UTMOST Holds a Mobilization Meeting for Safe Production

To further unify thought, boost morale, enhance communication, and re-mobilize and re-deploy safety production work before the year-end, Utmost flow control technology Co., Ltd held a mobilization meeting themed "Decisive Battle for the Fourth Quarter, Now is the Time to Work Hard" on November 2. The meeting was attended by the company's chairman Liu Yuanqing, executive deputy general manager Zhang Bo, safety director Cai Chengkui, minister of operation and manufacturing Wang Chao, as well as employees from safety, environmental protection, quality, and production-related departments.

At the meeting, safety director Cai Chengkui and minister of operation and manufacturing Wang Chao respectively arranged and deployed key tasks for recent safety, environmental protection, quality, and production modules. After listening carefully to the work reports from various departments, chairman Liu Yuanqing clarified work goals and detailed work measures from aspects such as cultivating five awarenesses in production, focusing on safety and quality management, and team literacy in production safety and quality. He pointed out that the market is the leader, quality is life, production is fundamental, and production work must cultivate five awarenesses: Safety awareness: Safety is the greatest benefit. The safety of one person concerns the whole family, and the happiness of the whole family depends on one person. Every employee must be responsible for themselves. Quality awareness: Quality is produced and designed. Each employee must uphold quality responsibility, strictly adhere to various standards, and control all aspects from process, incoming materials, processing to production comprehensively. Cost awareness: Costs occur in every job and every link, relating to each employee's daily work and vital interests. Everyone is required to take initiative, work together to reduce costs, live "tight days" to have "good days". Efficiency awareness: Efficiency must be improved throughout the production process. The coordination between processes and upstream and downstream links must be enhanced to continuously improve work efficiency. Team awareness: There must be a spirit, awareness, and ability to collaborate, advance, and coordinate. Treat each other as customers and work as a team, solve team work gaps in advance, jointly produce high-quality, low-cost products, and enhance market competitiveness.


He emphasized that the company's organization integration and structural reform of safety, quality, and production modules have reached a new stage. Building a framework for safety and quality management must be concise, comprehensive, easy to grasp, practical, and guide work on-site. The main focus of safety and quality work is always on-site; problems cannot be solved in the office. Visiting the site is the only way to find problems and answers. There should be strict control of the "pre-event, in-event, post-event" three stages. Every team member must eliminate inadequate fighting spirit, idle complacency, impractical willpower, poor execution, and those who spread negative energy. They should genuinely improve problem-solving abilities, swift execution, strong work desire, and mindset regulation ability. Through a series of reforms, significant improvements in cost reduction and efficiency, production management, safety management, and quality management will be achieved, helping the company regain value, making every effort to fight the fourth quarter's decisive battle, and ensure a successful year-end conclusion.
