Fulfilled thecustomization production of multiple varieties and batches, and able to obtain thefinished product directly from raw valve housing with one time clamping.
Utmost clean workshop is 300000 degree which was installed with a largeautomatically ultrasonic cleaning machine to realize the complete degreasingprocess of special valves, from raw cleaning, degreasing, fine washing and rinsing,and oven drying. The whole process guaranteed a requested degreasing state.Theclean workshop also store special sealing elements for oxygen and cryogenicvalves. Meanwhile, the clean workshop has qualitative and quantitative testingequipment and separate mounting bench as well as high pressure nitrogen testingequipment, to make sure the degreased products could complete the reassemblyand testing inside the workshop.
In the large parts processing area, there are 2 sets of China Taiwan Youjivertical CNC lathe,and 1 set of China Taiwan Qiaofeng CNC drilling machine, andone of the Wuhan heavy machine CNC lathe. All those equipments are of highrigidity, high precision with Japan FAMC operating system. They are used tocomplete the medium and large valve housing and valve trims.
Utmost Storage area has 5400 storage spaces, 3000 spares for finished valvebodies, semi-finished valve internals, bonnets, stems, sleeves, seats and etc. Theothers to be used for electrical accessories, standard fasteners, positioners as wellas butterfly valves, ball valves storage spaces.
